RideTandem is creating the future of mobility outside big cities, building better transport options for the more than 50% of people in Western countries who live in smaller towns and more rural areas.

We provide a uniquely flexible model of shared transport to a range of organisations, from staffing agencies to employers. Our core service is providing tech-enabled transport solutions to B2B or B2G clients as part of an overall B2B2C approach, with the first core segment being blue-collar worker transportation. 

Our technology turns local transport providers into smart, shared shuttles - available when they’re needed but incurring zero costs and creating zero emissions when they’re not.

The company was founded in 2019 by three co-founders (including Alex Shapland-Howes, who scaled an organisation to sell to 20% of schools nationwide, and Huw McLeod, previously CTO of Hireup, Australia’s fastest-growing company in 2017).
