We are hosting a half day workshop in our office on August 7th as a follow-up to our Scenario Lab webinar in June, the theme being that scenario modelling is no longer a periodic, strategic exercise; it's become frequent and tactical, and AI has made it significantly faster. The conversation was a good one if you missed it: recording here.
Across businesses, we're seeing this become more urgent. Supply chains that were built around compliance, service levels, and cost efficiency are now under real pressure; from sourcing risks, tariff exposure and demand patterns that are simply harder to predict. What we're hearing from leaders across the sector is that resilience has moved from a contingency topic to a core part of operational strategy, and the organisations getting ahead are the ones who can model decisions quickly, before disruption forces their hand.
We're bringing together a small group of senior operations and supply chain leaders for a half-day interactive session. You'll leave with:
A prioritised decision to model first, based on where uncertainty is creating the most pressure in your business right now
A structured use case brief covering the scenarios to test, the data needed, and the outputs that would support it
An honest view of where your organisation is ready to act, and where the gaps are
