Relationships make supply chains work, or is that technology? Paul is going to share with us his latest client work that is looking at the basis for what makes a successful supply chain team. Is it performance, strategy, new technologies or partnerships? The main question on every supply chain leader's lips today is "Will AI make my outcomes better, will they be faster, be more resilient or just loads cheaper?" with a follow up of "Can I get there first and be more competitive?" This session, drawing on input from 3PLs, Retailers, Manufacturers and Service Businesses will focus on what you, as a supply chain leader, needs to do to deliver success in today's AI dominated world.
Full details of the exact location will be sent before the event to those registered to attend in person. The presentation will also be available as a webinar.
