The Membership Representatives Group (MRG)
The MRG is a Board Committee made up of 12 members who have been selected (by the Nominations Committee) to represent as wide a range as possible of member types, in terms of age, gender, grade, geography, sector and diversity.
Purpose
The purpose of the MRG is to provide two-way interaction between the CILT Board and the membership, to communicate with the Board and members and to advise the Board on issues of interest to members both in response to specific enquiries and ad hoc, and to obtain the views of the membership through participation in CILT activities, interaction with members, and initiating exercises to ascertain opinions.
