This hybrid event is a personal reflection on more than fifty years of working in public transport, delivered by Andrew Braddock FCILT. It traces how buses, trams and rail services, policy and passenger expectations have evolved over that time, drawing out lessons on what has improved, what has not, and what still needs to change to make public transport more attractive and effective.
