This BusMark meeting brings together bus and coach operators in CILT(UK)’s benchmarking club to review performance data, share best practice and discuss current “hot topics” in the sector. It provides a confidential forum for members of all fleet sizes to compare KPIs, explore issues such as driver shortages, costs and service quality, and agree priorities for future BusMark surveys and joint work.
