Application Requirements

This grade is suitable for those who have either:

• 5 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 at a supervisory/junior management level OR

• A relevant Level 3 qualification or CILT Certificate AND at least 3 years relevant work experience OR

• A relevant Level 4 qualification or above AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession OR

• CILT Professional Diploma AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession.

As part of your application, you'll need to provide:

• A 100–400 word explanation of a significant professional achievement or challenge you have faced

• A 100–400 word explanation of why you feel you meet the criteria of the grade you’re applying for
