This grade is suitable for those who:

• Possess a minimum of 7 years’ experience at a senior management level within the profession, including direct reporting to board level.

• A 100–400 word explanation of a significant professional achievement or challenge you have faced

• A 100–400 word explanation of why you feel you meet the criteria of the grade you’re applying for
