Application Requirements

This grade is suitable for those who have either:

• 7 years relevant work experience including a minimum of 2 years at a senior level, OR

• An accredited degree AND at least 4 years experience in the profession (including 2 years at senior level), OR

• A relevant Level 6 qualification or the CILT Advanced Diploma AND at least 5 years in the profession (including 2 years at senior level), OR

• A non-relevant degree and at least 7 years experience in the profession (including 2 years at senior level).

As part of your application, you'll need to provide:

• An up-to-date CV in PDF or Word document format.

• A 100–400 word explanation of a significant professional achievement or challenge you have faced

• A 100–400 word explanation of why you feel you meet the criteria of the grade you’re applying for
