Anna-Jane Hunter, Chair of the CILT(UK) Board, announces that Paul Adams has left CILT(UK) as Chief Executive Officer and is pursuing other opportunities. The Board thanks Paul for his contribution during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
An interim leadership plan has been put in place to ensure seamless operations, with CILT UK Director of Partnerships and Marketing (previously Director of Membership & Engagement), Helen Hardy, appointed as CILT UK Chief Executive Officer. CILT UK Director of Finance & Company Secretary, Andrew Weatherill, has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer to support Helen together with the Senior Management Team.
The CILT UK Board will in due course arrange a formal search process to identify a permanent Chief Executive Officer with the vision and expertise to lead CILT UK.
