The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) (CILT(UK)) is delighted to announce the winners of its prestigious Annual Awards for Excellence 2025.

This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the Institute’s annual awards, as CILT(UK) continues to celebrate and showcase the remarkable achievements of organisations and professionals across the logistics, transport, and supply chain sectors.

The winners were revealed at the iconic Silverstone Circuit in Northamptonshire, where 12 CILT(UK) award finalists took pole position.

The ceremony was held yesterday (25 September), after the Institute’s annual conference which showcased several well-respected keynote speakers from organisations such as DHL, Rolls Royce, conference headline sponsor Unipart, the NHS and more.

The Institute’s award ceremony spotlighted outstanding contributions to diversity, sustainability, health and wellbeing, technological innovation, and logistics best practice across the sector.

CILT(UK)’s distinguished Sir Robert Lawrence Award was also presented to Paul Sainthouse, Managing Director of Dawson Group, previous president and current vice president of CILT (UK), a director of Women in Bus and Coach and a board member at the Confederation of Passenger Transport.

Commenting of the ceremony, Helen Hardy, CILT(UK) Interim CEO said:

“The 32nd CILT UK Annual Awards have once again highlighted the outstanding talent, creativity and commitment that power our profession.

“As the professional body for logistics, transport and supply chain, we could not be prouder to be the ones showcasing such incredible talent and innovation within our sector.
