Anna-Jane Hunter, Chair of CILT(UK), and Helen Hardy, CEO, will visit regions across the UK over the next six months to hear directly from members and discuss the future of the Institute as part of the CILT (UK) Roadshow.

CILT(UK) is taking its leadership team on the road, with a series of regional sessions designed to help our members express their views, understand what matters most and our future direction.
The sessions, launching in November in the East Midlands, will give members the opportunity to hear about CILT(UK)’s vision for the future, discuss opportunities and share their views on the Institute’s priorities.
Helen explained: “The roadshow will encourage open conversations about the challenges and opportunities facing the sector - while giving members a voice in shaping how CILT(UK) represents and supports the profession going forward.
“The roadshows reflects the Institute’s commitment to listening to its membership and ensuring members’ experiences and perspectives help inform its future direction.”
Upcoming member sessions:
East Midlands – Monday 2 November 2026
Scotland – Tuesday 26 January 2027
Central Southern (Reading) – Thursday 18 February 2027
Further sessions are being planned, with provisional dates for additional regions:
| Region | Provisional date |
| London | December 2026 |
| Cymru Wales | March 2027 |
| South East | April 2027 |
| East of England | May 2027 |

Feedback from the sessions will help inform how CILT(UK) continues to connect, represent and support the logistics, transport and supply chain community.
Further details, including how to attend each regional session, will be shared with members as arrangements are confirmed.
