Capability Recognition
CILT(UK) Capability Recognition allows your organisation to benchmark your people and professional development processes against industry best practice. This allows your teams to effectively deliver the outputs required across logistics, transport, and supply chain operations. We work with you to identify and collect the evidence which is reviewed by industry professionals, a report identifying your achievement or suggested improvements is provided. Through this process we work with you to develop an enhanced Learning Pathway underpinned by the CILT(UK) competency framework to ensure your teams are aligned to industry best practice skills and knowledge.
Qualifications & Training via the CILT(UK) Learning Centre
Delivered online through our CILT(UK) Learning Centre. Our Learning Solutions include a number of qualifications as well as short courses, that meet the needs of the profession and to secure future capability. By providing worked examples of positive outcomes and sentiment, case studies provide a platform for Organisations to raise awareness of their best practice and innovations with the sector. Case studies will be published on the CILT(UK) website and be promoted through CILT(UK) social media.
