The Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is a Level 3 Ofqual-regulated qualification that meets the professional competence requirements set out in Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009 and recognised by the Traffic Commissioners as a route to being named as a Transport Manager on a standard operator’s licence:
