By 2012, Dr. Okorie had progressed into academia as a Lecturer at the University of Plymouth.

He explains: "Professional learning should never stop once someone becomes a lecturer or professor. In many ways, that is when continuous professional development becomes even more important because we are preparing future generations of logistics and supply chain professionals."
