"I joined Nijman Zeetank in August 2003 as an HGV driver, operating throughout Europe for 14 years. In 2017, I progressed to Driver Trainer while also providing holiday cover within the office, before moving into a Driver Supervisor role. In 2020, I transitioned permanently into the office as a Planner and quickly advanced to Operations Supervisor. In October 2025, I was promoted to Operations Manager. During my career progression, I have also achieved my Transport Manager Qualification and completed the IOSH Managing Safely certification, demonstrating my commitment to professional development and operational excellence."
