You may apply based on your professional experience alone. Or there are 3 educational paths to choose from.
- Experienced Professional
Are you an experienced professional with at least 7 years’ relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years at senior management level?
- Educational Route 1
Do you hold an accredited degree AND at least 4 years experience in the profession (including 2 years at senior level)?
- Educational Route 2
Do you hold a relevant Level 6 qualification or the CILT(UK) Advanced Diploma AND at least 5 years in the profession (including 2 years at senior level)?
- Educational Route 3
Do you hold a non-relevant degree and at least 7 years experience in the profession (including 2 years at senior level)?
