The Ministry of Defence Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is an initiative to encourage lifelong learning for members of the Armed Forces. The scheme provides financial support (by means of an up-front payment) for higher level Ofqual regulated qualifications (Level 3 and above).

How to use your ELCAS credits
We're on hand every step of the way
  1. Use our enquiry form or email learningcentre@ciltuk.org.uk for details on the approved courses and advice on suitability.
  2. Submit your claim via www.enhancedlearningcredits.com - remember our provider number is 1415
  3. ELCAS will then check your eligibility for funding.
  4. Once authorised, email your Claim Authorisation Note (CAN) to us.
  5. You can then make your 20% personal contribution enabling you to begin your course
