Immigration specialist, Emma Brooksbank will give practical pointers around what logistics businesses can do now, in the face of Brexit, to help their existing workforce of European nationals to gain the right to remain in the UK.
There are now some certainties about the future regime, and we can also make some reasonable predictions about what will happen in the post transition phase. This means there are practical steps that can be taken to retain workers.
The aim will be to give operators reassurances about their recruitment options, and generally how to protect their workforce.
