The impact of Brexit on the Supply Chain organised by the European Logistics Association and CILT UK

After months of discussions the agreement that will regulate the new relationship between the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom was finalized and entered into force starting January 1st 2021. From this date onwards the free movement of people and goods between the UK and the EU ended with the introduction of customs formalities and border controls.
According to the European Commission 10% percent of all EU imports come from the UK, and 14% of all exports go to the UK. Having in mind the level of uncertainty the supply chain networks are facing challenging risks with high impact on planning, stock levels and lead time, all of these reflected on the final cost of products.

The European Logistics Association and The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport UK are inviting you on March 16th, between 11.30 and 14.30 (Brussels time) to a practical and educational webinar in order to support the supply chain community to adapt with the help of valuable information provided by our top speakers.

The event is addressed to professionals both from the continent and from UK, companies with import/export activity: manufacturers, retailers, logistics companies, freight forwarders, consultants, and others.
