Who we are
The TRANSPOREON Group was established in 2000. The Group provides three different platforms: the e-logistics platform TRANSPOREON, the e-sourcing platform TICONTRACT and the retail logistics platform MERCAREON.
The idea of the TRANSPOREON Group companies is to provide solutions that create win-win-situations along the whole supply chain for shippers, carriers and retailers. Through intelligent cloud-based and mobile integration of communication, the TRANSPOREON Group delivers the solution for significant efficiency increase and cost optimisation. The users of the TRANSPOREON Group systems benefit from a unique set of functions, unique communication possibilities as well as an outstanding combination of expertise from all relevant fields of logistics and IT.
What we do
TICONTRACT provides integrated freight cost management solutions:
- Tendering, a specialised e-sourcing platform for logistics contracts
- Rate Management, which manages and handles countless contracts and freight rates
- Billing, which offers a 100% invoice control
TRANSPOREON provides transport management solutions and optimizes daily communication between shippers and its carriers. The platform is structured in different modules:
- Electronic transport assignment, which reduces dispatch and freight costs
- Time slot management, which minimizes waiting times during (un)loading
- Transport visibility, which enables the follow-up of a transport after the assignment
MERCAREON is specifically developed to meet the needs of goods deliveries at the central warehouses of the industry. A retail company usually orders the goods from several thousands of suppliers, but there is no direct link with the transport companies of these suppliers. MERCAREON closes this communication gap and designed a time slot management system especially for the retail industry.
