CILT(UK) is delighted to support the launch of the Generation Logistics Ambassador Network which is designed to support the growth of the Generation Logistics initiative. We encourage colleagues in the profession to volunteer and help us to promote the logistics profession to the next generation of supply chain workers.

Becoming an ambassador is open to anyone, of any experience, background, and job discipline. 

Generation Logistics is an initiative which sees a programme of events, activities and promotions designed to increase the number of people considering logistics as a career, and positive sentiment about logistics, especially with key target groups including 16-24 year olds, career switchers, and other minority groups. In short, it’s all about encouraging the next generation of logistics workers to engage with the opportunities available and keep the nation’s supply chain protected. This is an industry-led campaign but is fully supported and partly funded by government, with DfT acting as lead supporting Department.
