CitySprint, the UK’s largest privately owned same day distribution company, has acquired London based print and distribution business PCM Ltd.  

Integration will happen over the coming months and will see all PCM’s 13 staff transfer to CitySprint’s growing Document Solutions division, which specialises in digital print, mailing and distribution services.

PCM has over a decade of experience in the provision of high quality corporate marketing and distribution. Its clients span a wide variety of industries and sectors, including financial services, retail and the public sector.

This deal gives PCM customers access to CitySprint’s unrivalled courier network, which can reach 88% of the UK mainland population in under an hour.  Customers and staff will also benefit from CitySprint’s innovation incubator, LastMileLink Technologies, which focuses on the creation of technology to improve business efficiencies and lead the way in customer experience.

PCM will continue to provide its services as usual to its existing customers, with account leads and contact details remaining the same.
