Are you eligible?
You may apply based on your professional experience alone. Or there are 3 educational paths to choose from.
- Recognised Professional
Do you have 5 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 at a supervisory/junior management level?
- Educational Route 1
Do you hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or CILT(UK) Certificate AND at least 3 years relevant work experience?
- Educational Route 2
Do you have a relevant Level 4 qualification or above AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession?
- Educational Route 3
Do you hold a CILT(UK) Professional Diploma AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession?
