Professional Experience Route
Advance to graded membership based on your hands-on experience in logistics, transport, or the supply chain sector.
Eligibility depends on the number of years you’ve held relevant roles. The pathway:
Certifies your experience as a competent practitioner and first line management experience for Member (MILT)
Recognises your status as a trusted professional and middle to senior management for Chartered Member (CMILT)
Endorses senior sector leadership experience, operating at or near board level, for Chartered Fellow (FCILT)

| Member MILT | Professional Entry - 5 years relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 at a supervisory/junior management level. OR Educational Pathway - A relevant Level 3 qualification or CILT Certificate AND at least 3 years relevant work experience, ORA relevant Level 4 qualification or above AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession, ORCILT Professional Diploma AND at least 2 years relevant experience in the profession. | From £16.25 a month // £195.00 annual |
