Red Forge Ltd are a market leader in the field of axle load indication and on-board vehicle weighing systems. Based in Redditch, Worcestershire, Red Forge design, manufacture and install a selection of products to aid fleet users in protecting their vehicles from overloading, and provide solutions for the monitoring and recording of weight data with regards to their payloads.

Founded in 1976 by two former Lucas directors, the company was originally involved in the remanufacture of alternator and starter motors, but developed the first UK based axle load indicator system in response to requests from members of the IRTE. Since that time, Red Forge's product range has increased to include Loadcell based weighing systems, high accuracy pay-by-weight solutions and mobile vehicle weighpads.

All of these systems are simple to use, and are available for almost any make and model of vehicle, from small car derived vans and LCV's through to heavier articulated vehicle configurations. For customer service, Red Forge provide a UK wide aftercare service that is second to none, with a Lifetime Warranty provided as standard on many of Red Forge's products, which showcases Red Forge's faith in the reliability and robustness of their equipment.
